Usage Limits
RFP limits reset monthly on your billing date. If you signed up on January 15th, your limit resets on the 15th of each month.
Knowledge base document count includes all document types (case studies, technical documentation, team bios, etc.).
Team member count includes the organization Admin.
When you hit your limit, you'll see a notification in the dashboard with an option to upgrade or wait for the next billing cycle.
What Happens at Limits
RFP Limit
Cannot create new RFPs until next billing cycle or upgrade. Existing proposals remain accessible and can be edited or exported.
Document Limit
Cannot upload new documents until you remove existing ones or upgrade. Existing documents remain in your knowledge base and continue to be used for matching.
Member Limit
Cannot invite new members until you remove existing ones or upgrade. Existing members retain full access.
No Data Loss
Existing proposals and documents are never deleted when you hit a limit. You maintain read access to all your data.
Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade or downgrade your plan from Settings → Billing. Only organization Admins can change subscription plans.
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to enjoy your current plan's features until then.
For Enterprise plans, contact sales to discuss custom pricing and terms.
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of your paid period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Starter (free) plan.
